Please read these Terms carefully. They include important provisions including a class-action waiver and binding arbitration in Section 13, and a limitation of liability in Section 11. By accessing the Services, submitting a form, calling, texting, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Services. National Home Support is a private, for-profit loss mitigation and distressed-property solutions firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. Our services may include, depending on the engagement:
The specific services we provide to you, if any, will be described in a separate written engagement, services agreement, or authorization. Nothing on the Site or in any communication creates a contractual obligation to provide a specific outcome or service unless and until we sign a written agreement with you.
Content on the Site — including blog posts, articles, guides, FAQs, calculators, examples, and case summaries — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, real estate, or mortgage advice, is not tailored to your individual facts, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
State and federal foreclosure laws are complex and vary by jurisdiction, loan type, servicer, and timing. Any decisions you make about your home, mortgage, finances, or legal rights should be made in consultation with appropriate licensed professionals (such as an attorney, accountant, real estate broker, or HUD-approved housing counselor). Free HUD-approved housing counseling is available at 1-800-569-4287 or hud.gov.
National Home Support does not charge homeowners upfront fees for foreclosure prevention or loss mitigation services. Where a fee may apply, it is generally:
You will never be asked to pay a retainer, advance fee, or up-front charge for foreclosure prevention services. If you are ever asked for an upfront fee in connection with our Services, please contact us immediately at (682) 610-0007 to verify before paying.
You agree not to use the Services to:
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you give us. The quality of any analysis or assistance we can provide depends on the accuracy of the information you supply, including loan, property, hardship, income, and timeline information. You agree to update us promptly if your situation changes.
The Site may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, products, or services (including but not limited to Google Maps, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel, telephony providers, calendaring services, payment processors, and HUD or other government resources). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control or endorse their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, design, layout, the "National Home Support" name, and the compilation of any of the foregoing — is owned by or licensed to National Home Support and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, scrape, or exploit any of the Site's content without our prior written consent, except for brief quotations with proper attribution as permitted by fair use.
Any testimonials, reviews, case studies, statistics, or example outcomes presented on the Site reflect the experience of specific clients in specific situations and are not a guarantee, prediction, or promise of any specific result for you. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Foreclosure prevention outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including investor and servicer guidelines, your loan type, your hardship documentation, applicable state law, timing, and the cooperation of third parties.
The services and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, national home support disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that information on the Site is accurate, complete, current, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We make no warranty, guarantee, or promise that we can stop a foreclosure, secure any specific loan modification, forbearance, short sale, deed in lieu, or other outcome, or recover any specific amount of surplus funds. Any results referenced on the Site or in marketing are illustrative only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall national home support, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, savings, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to these terms, the services, the site, or any content or communication, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the services exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred united states dollars (us $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless National Home Support and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; (d) information you provided being false, misleading, or unauthorized; or (e) your interactions with any third party (including any servicer, lender, attorney, real estate broker, or government agency).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision below, exclusive venue for any judicial proceeding will lie in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction. Arbitration will take place in Tarrant County, Texas, or another mutually agreed location, or by telephone or video. The arbitrator's decision will be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and national home support each agree that any dispute will be brought in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@nationalhomesupport.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, address, the date you first used the Services, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
By submitting a form, calling, or providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive phone calls, SMS/MMS text messages, and prerecorded or automated voice messages from National Home Support and its representatives at the phone number you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing systems, regarding your inquiry, your case, or services that may be relevant to your situation. Consent is not a condition of receiving any service. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP and may opt out of marketing calls by requesting placement on our internal Do Not Call list. Service-related communications (such as a callback you specifically requested) may continue after a marketing opt-out. See our Privacy Policy for more.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and arbitration — will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Effective" and "Last updated" dates at the top when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
